Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Used grooming tools and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
